Study of environments and people for elaboration of structural and behavioral criteria in the establishment of organizational culture and development of the potential of generation of learning. With the case studies produced, we were able to simulate various conditions of improvement in the environment, providing continuous learning. We have found that it is possible to transform any environment and people for continuous improvement. Everything is a matter of proper layout and planning.
